Seller refuses to send item I won

I emailed seller to discuss sizing of a coat which was selling with no reserve. She offered me a BIN £120. I just won the coat for £22 and surprise surprise it has not been posted. I really want the coat - not a refund. Suggestions?

A refund is all you will get, I'm afraid. No-one can force a seller to sell, any more than non-paying buyers can be forced to pay.

What was the latest estimated delivery date? If you haven't received a refund or the coat by then open a case under eBay's money back guarantee through the resolution centre: http://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/

A case must be opened within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date. After 8 days the option will appear to escalate it for eBay to step in. If it's still unresolved, do so. Don't agree to close the case before you have your refund.

The seller will receive a defect on their account from eBay and you can leave whatever feedback you think is appropriate.
