Despite returning the shoes which I bought and that was returned to he seller and signed for, the seller has not refunded my money since 2 June. Seller says PayPal won’t accept the payment but they say they have no knowledge of it. Despite my continuing to send messages to the seller she has simply stopped replying. I just want my money back.
Thereare proper ways to do retuns and you don't say whether you followed them or just made up your own way.
Did you open a case? Return (change of mind) or Not as described? Did seller provide a return label.
If done properly and seller does not refund, you don't waste your time sending messages you escalate the case to ebay to take over.
If you didn't open a case then do it now. Too late to make seller pay the return postage, but enter tracking and then escalate to ebay after 3 days.
