I emailed a seller a question about a dimension that was important to my purchase decision. He responded but didn't give the answer immediately but said he would get back to me. When no further email arrived after some time I chased the matter twice by email and then even wrote a polite letter to him. I decided today to take a risk and purchase the item anyway but find that he will now not sell to me, presumably because of risk of bad feedback. I have been polite in all my communications but don't know what I can do apart from giving up on this purchase. I have been unable to find an ebay help category for this problem and hence get advice.
You will have to give up on this particular seller. Sellers are allowed to block whoever they like. Sounds like he doesn't have faith in his own product so you're better off looking elsewhere.
