Seller refund

Hi, I've just had a message off a chap saying an item I sold had a slight hole in the bag, I said so sorry I didn't notice as they're vintage Reel bags. I didn't put a description as I didn't notice the hole. He said that's fine and I could issue him £1.50 refund instead as he would of payed the total sale price for just the one bag. I said no that's fine I'll issue a full refund now and he can send them back. Ive now sent the refund. If I don't get them back to my address what can I do about the situation as he hasn't replied back to me yet. Thanks and I hope it all makes sense haha
