Ebay clearly advertise the buyer protection policy, but there is no mention of seller protection. Why not? Because there doesn't appear, at least in my experience, to be any.
Any dispute seems to favour the buyer and not the fee paying seller.
There is never an option for dispute, only to close the case by refunding the buyer, even if they are clearly in the wrong.
And don't get me started on paying fees on postage costs.............
All sellers have in the way of seller protection is being able to complete non payment disputes, and the blocked bidders list.
All else is heavily weighed in favour of buyers.
