Seller oplaying games with refund return

I sent an item back for refund using ebay label and now seller is saying already despatched item and tracking says moved address??? he is playing games and I need to speak to an ebay agent to help as it is not showing in my resoluytions

escalate the case to eBay and they will force a refund.
