Seller not sent me return label.

Ebay opened case for faulty item to be returned. Ebay message was, here is seller's label - but Seller only sent their address and no label.  

I cannot contact Ebay to explain this situation.

Can someone tell me how to print a non existant return label?

What sort of case did you open? Seller only pays return postage for NOT AS DESCRIBED CASES. If you just opened a Return then you pay.

Item PU material so I cannot repair.
