Seller not responding

Wondering how I can cancel an item that I wanted to purchase. I have been trying to contact the seller for a month now to arrange collection and they have not replied. payment was going to be on collection but the only way I can get Ebay to intervene is if payment has been made when looking at the Help pages. Any ideas?

Buyers can't cancel, they can only request the seller to cancel.

If seller has done nothing then he is too late to cancel as Unpaid, and neither you or ebay can force him to do anything. All you can do is leave Negative feedback. Just say something like "Seller would not make arrangements for collection."
