Seller not responding at all

Bought an item from Ebay seller back in Jan 2020 which no longer works.

In the listing, it says it comes with 1 year Manufacturer warranty.

I've contacted the seller several times (via Ebay message) AND direct to their email and had NO response. I have contacted Ebay support and she said to keep contacting the seller.

No response still. Contacted Ebay support again and he said to open a dispute in Paypal.

Paypal cannot help as its passed their 180-day deadline.

 

Please advise. The seller is not responding and thus not fulfilling the promise of 1-year manufacturer guarantee as shown in the listing at the time of purchase and its still showing!

Sorry but on ebay warranties are not worth the paper they are written on.

 

Ebay won't enforce warranties.

 

If you can't contact the seller you can ask advice from CAB offices if it is a UK trader. If purchased from a private seller or from overseas there's nothing you can do.
