Seller not replied

Hi there 

I purchased an item for £25 on my credit card and contacted the seller after I won to collect, unfortunately the seller hasn't replied after I sent 3 messages over a week, how do u get my money back ?

"Resolution centre" is at the bottom - or bottom right - of most pages.  Just click on the words and you will be taken there

It is always a good idea to agree to pay cash.  If the seller does not reply simply open a non-receipt case in the resolution centre [link below] and escalate after 3 full business days if needed.  Do not get into discussion with the seller [save - perhaps - "sorry come round this evening to ..."]
