I fear you already have a return case open and NOT a not as described case.  

If the item is not the same as the original listing  then the case should be for not as described.

What type of case have you opened? 

Is the item listed as being shipped from the UK?

If the seller and you are both in the Uk and/or you have opened the wrong trype of case then you need to speak to Ebay Cs to see if they can or will change the type of case opened.   You do this through the contact us tab at the bottom of the page OR help and contact at the top of most other pages.
