What can be done about sellers stating that they use Royal Mail 48 then using a 10 day courier service ???
Ebay don't get involved with postal disputes.
But, you can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date. escalate after 3 working days, if seller can't prove delivery they have to refund.
You can leave inappropriate feedback.
