Seller is lying

I returned an item that was faulty by recorded signed for delivery.

The seller signed for the item but is denying it and not giving me my refund.

I have spoken to Ebay customer service but they were no use. 

Im not sure how to proceed with this as I want my money back.

put the tracking proving delivery into the case and escalate it to eBay.
