I have a seller who is insisting that I return broken glass of something he sent me.
He has accepted my request for a return, but is still insisting that I, at my own risk, package up broken glass. At first he was saying I should send it by Royal Mail but that is actually against the law. He is now saying if I am uncomfortable with breaking the law, he will send a courier to pick the broken glass up - which I should repackage first. How do I get eBay involved in this.
This is quite frankly nuts.
