I have a transaction through PayPal which I do not recognise when ask they told me it was through my eBay account. However I didn't make a purchase on that day or around then for that amount. They have given me rhe following email address 0328-LU-SARL-FBO-GBP@EBAY.COM is this correct and how do I find out who this is.
