Hi folks.
i returned an item back to the seller because it was fake. The seller claimed not to know this & said he was selling it for a friend. Ebay postal label was used & the item has arrived back with the seller. Indeed, the seller has confirmed this, & emailed me to say he will issue a refund "once he's worked out how to do so." The returned item was received by the seller 9 days ago but he is yet to make the refund. I'm getting a tad **bleep** off now. How should I handle this now? Can anyone help.
Did you put the tracking number from the postage label that eBay supplied you with into the returns request/dispute?
If so, there should be an option to escalate this to eBay, who will force a refund.
