Seller hasn’t been paid after a week

I bought an iPhone 12 a week ago and paid immediately. The seller sent it immediately, first class product, absolutely delight will it.

The seller ( a first timer) has contacted me to say she still has not received her payment. She say it has been suspended, and also EBay have deducted £60 from my payment.

I don't understand all this, it's probably not my problem but I feel obliged to help a new ebayer.

As a new seller her payment may be on a 21 day hold,if she enters tracking on her item this may speed up payment also you leaving feedback can help.

Seller is on eBay Payments and the money will be transferred to her Bank account not Paypal she should also look there.
