Seller has opened an Unpaid case for an item which i've paid for, only it's coming up as Payment Unclaimed on my PayPal account. For some reason i can't email this seller through eBay and the item has been paid for. Help please !

Is there an option to cancel the payment
If there is then cancel it and then pay through the non payment dispute.
That will close the dispute
It may be that the seller has to claim the money or they have an incorrect email address on the listing
You should be able to contact them through More actions to the right of the item on the drop down list
If they have an incorrect email address on the listing then they will still not recieve the payment
If you dont recieve the item then you would have to open a not recieved dispute
