won item, seller messaged to say there would be a delay for us collecting because they were away, but now have not replied to any messages from us to arrange collection. We cannot open case with eBay because it shows we have not paid. But we checked PayPal account out, it says seller has not accepted payment.
We got their phone number through eBay but they have not answered calls or replied to texts?
So it seems we are stuck.
Any ideas?
