Seller has my payment money - no item sent - disappeared from Ebay site.

Hi, the seller of my item has taken my money, no item sent and is now no longer an ebay member. Cannot fill in any complaint form because when I try the seller is now unrecognisable to ebay. HELP.

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
