Have purchased an item a few days ago but now the seller has left ebay. I cannot contact them and can't figure out how to contact ebay to discuss etc. It's only a small amount of money, £4, but he/she had a lot of items for sale so I'm probably not the only one. He also had good feedback and had been an ebayer for a good few years, so it's a bit of a surprise.
How do I go about letting ebay know and requesting my money back through them? I've tried the automated answers etc but nothing fits the bill!
