If this is about the Beats earphones, if they were not as described don't get involved in arguments with the seller, let eBay sort it out. Just open a case under eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre. The seller will be required to send you a prepaidr eturn label.
If they're harassing you to change the feedback, ignore them. If YOU wish to revise it after they've sorted it out, you can ask them to send you a feedback revision request. But you don't have to.
