In 3 weeks I have had over 20 emails from a seller *** harrassing me to change the negative feedback I left. They marked my item as dispatched when it wasn't, causing me to wait in all day for a no show. Said it would be a day late, again it wasn't, again waited in for no reason. They offered me a part refund for the late item which they never honoured because when checking with the boss, it was too generous! They said it would be delivered by Royal Mail tracked 48 but would not give any proof of posting or tracking, then when it did finally arrive, it was from Amazon?!!!
I said if they contacted me again I would report them to eBay, to which they replied "Karma". Pathetic.
I see from their negative feedback they do these sort of things as a regular occurence.
I reported them to eBay who stated they would take appropriate action. Does anybody know the action that will be taken? Thank you.
Probably nothing and these harrassing sellers are a complete pain, I speak from experience and I left positive feedback but they seemed to have it on their system that feedback hadn't been left and they kept on and on.
Just ignore and delete their messages and if they are going to your personal email addy too then mark them as spam and let your spam filter deal with them.
At least you can be assured that the negative was very much deserved!
