Seller gave invalid return address

I returned a defective and wrongly described item using ebay return lable. The Royal Mail tracking reported that 'The address on the item was either incorrect or does not exist. Please contact the sender for any queries.' I can find no way to report this invalid return address to ebay - any advice out there?

Thank you

Try escalating your case because parcels only need to show attempted delivery for you to get your refund.

I would think this counts as 'attempted delivery'.

You are covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee if you used the Label downloaded from Ebay.

Ebay will notify you through the Case when you can Ask them to Step in. Is normally after 4 days.
