Seller fraudulent description of item

Hi. A seller is repeatedly listing vinyl records with provably incorrect information. Stating the items are specific rare editions when they are not. This is born out in some of the negative feedback the seller has received. I think, if its possible, they are manipulating bids too, as after having raised the issue with the seller, l now cannot bid on thier items due to unpaid items marks on my Ebay ac, which l don't actually have.

There doesn't seem to be an obvious and simple way of reporting this issue to Ebay.

Any pointers

There is a link in evey listing to report it to eBay. You will find it on the right, level with the payment and postage tab.

Don't be surprised if no action is taken. They certainly won't get involved over whether or not an item is rare. EBay's mantra is that the listing is entirely the responsibility of the seller, but the buyer can use eBay's money back guarantee if it isn't as described.

If you don't have any unpaid item cases against you the seller has probably just place you on their blocked bidders list after the issues you raised with them. Why would you want to bid on their items anyway, when you say they're selling fraudulent items?
