Seller doesn't deliver to my address

Every item I have attempted to purchase comes up with the message 'This seller didn't include postage costs to your location. Please contact the seller or change your address.'
How do I solve this?

Have you actually checked out the sellers dispatch terms on the listings and checked if they do deliver to wherever you are? 

If they don't say for example you are in the Highlands and Islands, then you either need to contact them, or move.

If there doesn't seem to be an issue with posting to where you live, is your address correct on Ebay?

The message may be a euphemism for something else, do you have any unpaid strikes against you?

If all else fails, try contacting ebay CS through the help and contact link.
