Seller disputing he sold damaged item

Hi, I bought a wooden lean to mini greenhouse which arrived damaged. I supplied photos to Ebay but the seller is disputing it is damaged. It was not as described in the advert either. The seller is wanting me to remove negative feedback first before he deals with this. The ad said he doesn't accept returns. What should I do.
