Hello,
I bought something on 23 May, it is way too cheap from the market price, I suspected it's a scam, but I still paid and bought it, just hoping it's real. Now, 2 weeks on, I logged in again but found that the seller is no longer a registered member, and I 'm not able to get a refund, what should I do please?

It would seem that eBay have booted them off their site.
As 2 weeks have passed and you have not received your item, put in a claim now with Paypal.
On the left of your Paypal account, select Resolve a Problem. Open a case for item not received, and enter that eBay have removed the seller from their site.
Do not go back to eBay when instructed, just stick with the Paypal case. Escalate within 20 days for refund.
If you used Paypal at checkout , not necessarily Paypal funds, you can still open a claim with them, otherwise you do need to contact eBay Customer Services here.
