Seller, not happy with final auction price, didn't send an item. I opened case and from 2 options what I want to get selected - item. After few hours seller paid full refund and my case was closed. I am not happy with Ebay decision - I need item, not money. How can I appeal? Is it realistic to get the item?

There's no way to force a seller to send an item.
It's disappointing and they shouldn't do this but nothing to stop it unfortunately.
