Seller did not accept return delivery

Bought a pair of boots off a seller and they were delivered promptly. However they were not true to size so I returned stating they were too small. The seller did not accept the delivery and has asfar as I can see they're on their way back to me. The seller has removed the item so I cant contact them to ask what's happening. What should I do? I am out of pocket by £50.

The ebay money back guarantee caters for this type of case, did you not open a case?

You open a case, seller sends you a tracked return label at their expense, and sellewr refunds when it is delivered or delivery is attempted.

If you didn't open a case there is nothing to forceyour deller to refund.

In this case open a case now, add the tracking and just hope the address is the correct one.
