Seller deleted listing, sent wrong size, unable to contact

So. Long story short. Need your help 

Ordered a coat, they sent the wrong size and I've went to contact seller, unable to as he's removed the listing. Looked for a return, went to print a label, his address is incomplete, nothing on the envelope. Just a name and address but not a postcode, not even a town, so I doubt the postal office would take it.... 

As I've asked for a return will ebay contact me in a few days to check. Normally when you contact a seller, ebay step in after a few days. Atm I can't let them know what's happened. 

Looks like the seller has done a runner! Yes I've got the item, but two sizes too small. 

What do you suggest? I'd like to speak to ebay to deal with him.
