Seller deleted his account

Hi. I have received faulty item. Sellers account is not active now. How can I contact him or ebay to get my money back? Thank you!

Only eBay can remove a seller from their site,  if they have been in a recent sales transaction a seller cannot do this themselves.  They must have broken some selling regulation and eBay removed them.

Claim now with Paypal for your refund.
