I bought an item from a seller and requested a refund as it was faulty. Sent it back and they shut the refund request but now they are saying they haven't received the item. I can't seem to contact eBay by any means. Any ideas?

Did you use the Ebay Label generated by the Seller? Or did you arrange your own Return Postage? If so you should have added the Tracking Number into the Case and then Escalated it for EBay to Step in. They would have forced the Refund.
