Seller closed his account

I'm pretty new to eBay , I purchased an item off a seller and didn't notice until the payment had gone through that he only joined eBay on December 2nd 2020 , as soon as I paid his eBay account wasn't available any more , I messaged asking to cancel and received no reply , looking at his profile he had no feedback at all, what can I do , thankyou

Open a case with Paypal rather than eBay. Here's a direct link:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.

Thankyou so much for your advice, I followed your advice and was refunded within hours
