Seller changed mind

Won a coat for £3 but then the seller said there was a 'massive fault'  discovered on it and said it had been immediately disposed of and for me not to pay for it. I reckon they changed their mind after it sold for less than they were expecting. I could not cancel my end so I paid for it thinking Ebay would either make her send it to me or have it reflected in her seller status but as soon as I paid she refunded the money and now there are no options open to me. I can only leave poor feedback but I want it reporting or logging. She won,t answer emails . What are my options?
