Seller cancelling my winning bids because she isn't happy with the price they went for ?

Hi

i had two winning bids on two items, the seller has cancelled both of the sales, I messaged the seller to ask why she has canceled the sales and she says she has been offered more money, however I won the auctions. I'm sure this isn't how eBay is supposed to work?

i am trying to put a complaint in about this seller because she has also just been very rude about it also

Leave feedback to reflect your experience - seller refused to honour transaction.

Block them to stop them buying from you and causing you trouble.

You won't need to put in a complaint,  eBay do not like unhappy buyers when there are bad sellers like this,  so she will be paying penalties.

She will pay a seller fee based on the highest bid placed for cancelling bids,  and if it is a winning bid,  and she cancels without posting out the item she gains a defect on her account.

It does not take many defects to boot a Private seller off eBay permanently.

As said,  eBay do not like unhappy buyers.
