Hi all,
I recently purchased a drone from a seller. After i cleared the payment the seller said that he wasnt happy about Ebay fees and that wanted to cancel the order. Implicitly he demnaded that I paid him an extra 40 euro to cover these costs, and i originally agreed, but then realsied he is just trying to get extra money off me.
He later cancelled the order, probably to relist it and try to sell it at a higher price.
My question is, what is Ebay policy on this. After I won an auction and paid the price, do I have no rights as a buyer to enforce the seller to keep their part of the bargain?

Neither you nor ebay can force them to sell
It is very back ebaying and if they cancelled in the wrong way then they will be left with the fees and a defect on their account.
You may be able to leave appropriate feedback so that others know that the seller would not honour the sale but be careful not to mention ebay or dispute.
