Seller cancelled an item i bought which is fine but its now saying the cancellation is awaiting my repsonse and giving me a "reply now" button.. but when i click on it it just says cancellation is pending and they will email me soon to let me know its complete..
This is all well and good but its been a week now and no change or information or refund at all..
Im starting to think it might be confused or frozen as it keep asking me to respond but then doesnt give me the means to do so..
