I bought an item on Buy it Now, but when I went to pay by Paypal I got the message that the buyer couldn't accept payment. It is now several days later and I have contacted the seller to explain and also requested an invoice, but I've had no reply. I have tried cancelling the purchase but get message from Ebay to say it isn't possible to do this. I have been able to pay other sellers since this purchase and all of my paypal details are correct. Any suggestions as to what I should do next?
