Seller asking me for a code

Hi there, I bought an item a month ago. I deleted all emails related to the buy and now the seller is asking me for a qr code or a 6 digit code and I have nothing to give her. I have looked at ebay messages and emails and I haven't got it.  She needs it to release the money from ebay she says

It would be an ebay message and you may find then under Messages on ebay in the bin or delete section of messages

Although ebay say they send one many dont get it

The seller can mark as Paid and dispatched on the SEller hub under Orders
