I bought what I understood to be 2 car armrests from unopery under the heading "Leather Right Adjustable Car SUV Comfortable Console Box Seat Armrest *" which showed a number of pictures covering both a right & a left armrest and a Description which said "One pair Car Truck Armrest (Left & Right) 2x Large Bracket". They sent just 1 armrest and have now denied that the above words were in the description even though I'd sent them a screenshot showing them! That the words were there was also confirmed by an eBay representative I spoke with. I now find that they have altered the webpage to show just 1 armrest & have deleted the above words from the description. This seems to me to amount to acting in bad faith at the very least.
Has anyone had a similar experience & if so what happened in the end ?
What counts is the wording at the time you bought these armrests, which apparently even eBay has confirmed was as you described.
