Seller admitted they have covid 19 and are still posting items

Help! Seller agreed to combine postage on 2 items. I paid in full and waited on refund- never happened. 

Its mow been 16!! Days since I bought items and still no arrival. They marked dispatched 2 days after sale. 

They maintain they posted- added a tracking number 2 days ago that shows they havnt arrived. Never got combined postage refunded.  Now they are saying they HAVE covid 19!! How are they allowed to post clothes to peoples houses? They are a nightmare.

Presumably the items are now passed their estimated delivery date? If so open a Not received dispute under the ebay moey back guarantee (you may have to open 2, one for each item) and escalate after 3 full days. You will then be refunded for them.

If it's any consolation to you, the covid virus won't live longer than 3-4 days so if you receive it, it should be safe.
