A buyer can not just cancel
You can send a cancellation request but the seller does not hav to cancel
If you paid then they send and if you dont want it then you request a return when you receive it
If the seller is a business or has Returns accepted then you can return at your own expense
If not then you sell on yourself
Buying and then wanting to cancel wrecks the sellers listing and costs them money
