Hi, Is it not at all possible for EBay to ban sellers who are guilty of commiting fraud on the site?
Take a seller, who advertised as offering a deal of the day, this was prommoted by Ebay, and yet I am one of many who has been scammed out of money by placing an order for Vans Shoes.
This scammer even supplied false tracking information, stating they were based in the UK, I like many others these days, only purchase from UK based sellers.
EBay used to be a pleasant place to purchase from, and sell on, but in the last year I have lost to scammers, an Iphone (£300 +), Phone repair (£62) and now Shoes (£13) may not be great amount of money, but as an OAP that is close to two weeks pension.
Ebay, clean up the sellers on here, make it easier to report scammers, and stop the trading.
It is hard for buyers to lose money on ebay
You are covered by the ebay money back guarantee and possibly the paypal money back guarantee if you paid that way
Tracking has to say Delivered for the buyer to win
Did you open disputes for the items you say you were scammed on?.
The resolution centre is at the bottom of the page for everyone to use
THey dont seem to have items for sale
It may have been a hacked account
Ebay also has a policy for mis representation of location
If they say they are in the Uk then that is where they should be
