4 of your items are buy it now so fixed price.

The other two are auction but no bids and one ends very shortly so nothing you can do on that one as theres less than 12 hours

What are you trying to do.

If you want to sell one of the buy it now items then revise then to the price you have agreed with the buyer and then they just buy

Sell to highest bidder means what it says. As you have no bids you also have no highest bidder to sell to.

Sell to Highest bidder, means that you end an auction early selling to the person who has bid and are currently winning.  By end early you save waiting for auction to end, but of course may be missing out on other bidders.

With the BINs you should add Best Offer then a prospective buyer can make an offer, which you can accept. You do not have Bids on a BIN, it is either sold or unsold.
