Sell and dispatch to UK only.

Can I mark my listings for sale and dispatch to only UK individual addreses? 

I do not wish to sell outside the uk. I recently had a buyer from the USA ask for an an item that was marked UK only, I had the problem of then contacting the buyer, who did come up with a UK address. That may not aways be the case.

When listing items I notice that the facility to select no sales outside UK has been removed, Why?

By eBay's definition you would be regarded as a business seller as you are selling multiple copies of a new product [the railway photographs].   You should register as such with eBay and with HMRC to avoid future problems and give your buyers their legal rights.
