Sell and dispatch to UK only.

Can I mark my listings for sale and dispatch to only UK individual addreses? 

I do not wish to sell outside the uk. I recently had a buyer from the USA ask for an an item that was marked UK only, I had the problem of then contacting the buyer, who did come up with a UK address. That may not aways be the case.

When listing items I notice that the facility to select no sales outside UK has been removed, Why?

You already have most of the World on your list of Countries you don't post to. That will not stop others asking.

Excludes: Africa, Asia, Central America and Caribbean, Middle East, North America, Oceania, South East Asia, South America, Russian Federation, PO Box, Bolivia, Haiti, Liberia, Nicaragua, Turkmenistan, Paraguay, Mauritius, Sierra Leone, Venezuela

You can only say POSTS TO UK ONLY, adding that you do not post to the rest of the world is already covered in your list which I have shown above. I notice that you have not excluded Europe and the EU, although you have excluded Russia (what about all the former parts of the USSR which would be under Europe).
