Security questions

My eBay account was hacked today so the Customer Services team kindly reset my account and I have set up a new password (and unlinked my PayPal). I’ve been advised to add some security questions under my Settings but I can’t see where to do this, any advice?

Go to My Ebay > Click on the Account Tab > click on Personal info and then you will see Secret Questions > Click on Edit.

You may be asked to sign in.

Hi thanks for this. I think the issue is that you can't add security questions via the eBay app, but I was able to find it when I logged into eBay via the web browser. All done and sorted now!
