Second chance offer

A buyer has changed his mind and I want to offer it to the next highest bidder. How do I do that. EBay seems to have changed since I last sold anything on here. Thanks for your help

SCO, once you have closed off the first sale, can be found in the bid history and also in MORE ACTIONS. Bidder may have lost interest, it might be a time saver just to relist.

You need to sort out the first sale before doing anything

The buyer needs to send you a cancellation request which you need to accept or reject

Dont just refund through paypal as it all needs to be done through the resolution centre

You dont have to accept and if they have not paid you can open a non payment dispute

It is your decision

If they have paid then best to accept and refund

You will be left with the paypal fees

Once you have done that then ebay will ask if you want to relist

It used to revert to second chance offer but not sure it that happens now

I find it often better just to relist and start again
