If my buyer does not pay.. it appears they are no longer registered..I then offer the item as second chance will I still get the special selling fee of £1 if within a couple of days selling.
Not only that if you don't complete an Unpaid Case you will still pay a £1 on the original sale.
It would be more sensible to open an Unpaid Case and close after 4 days to get fee refunded and then wait for the next offer before relisting.
